1. Reading data stored on your device

Your reading plans, chapter progress, reading history, focus time, and settings are stored primarily on your device. The App does not provide or store Scripture text, Bible translations, or other third-party Scripture content. You use a paper Bible or another app for the text you read.

2. Accounts and developer access

You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to use the App. The developer does not receive your reading plans, chapter progress, reading history, focus time, settings, or the content you read. The current version does not use product analytics, advertising SDKs, or developer-provided cloud sync.

3. App Store purchases and RevenueCat

Apple distributes the App and processes App Store purchases. Apple may process your Apple Account, payment information, and purchase records under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer does not receive your Apple ID or full payment-card information.

The App uses RevenueCat to identify available products, check transaction status, provide purchased entitlements, and restore purchases. For those purposes, RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app-user identifier, transaction and entitlement status, and necessary technical information under the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. RevenueCat does not receive your locally stored reading plans, progress, history, focus time, settings, or Scripture content from the App.

4. How purchase information is used and shared

Purchase and entitlement information is used only to display products, unlock Pro features, confirm subscription status, and restore purchased entitlements. It is handled by Apple and RevenueCat as described above. The developer does not sell personal information and does not share your locally stored reading data with Apple, RevenueCat, advertisers, or other third parties.

5. Tracking and advertising

The App does not display third-party advertising, use an advertising identifier, or track you across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising.

6. Deletion, offloading, backups, and recovery

Deleting the App normally removes the App and its related data from that device. Offloading the App is different: Apple keeps the App's documents and data so they may be available if you reinstall it. Deleting or offloading the App does not necessarily delete an existing device backup or purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.

If you enable Apple device backups, Apple may include the App's local data in an iCloud or computer backup. The developer cannot read, manage, or delete those backups. You control them through Apple's device and account settings.

The current version has no developer-provided cloud sync, cross-device migration, backup recovery, or data export. Restoring a purchase restores only the purchased entitlement; it does not restore reading plans, progress, history, focus time, or settings.

7. Retention and control

Reading plans, progress, history, focus time, and settings remain under the control of your device and operating system because the developer does not receive them. Apple controls retention of App Store, payment, and device-backup data under its policies and your Apple settings. RevenueCat controls retention of the purchase, transaction-status, entitlement, and necessary technical information it processes under its privacy policy and agreements. We do not state a fixed retention period that those providers have not guaranteed to you through the App.

8. Your choices

You can manage App Store subscriptions and purchase information in your Apple Account settings. You can manage device backups in your Apple settings. Because the developer does not receive your local reading data, the developer cannot view, export, or restore it for you. Information about data processed by Apple or RevenueCat is available in their privacy policies linked above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
